While working on this (Mort Sahl )show Williams made friends with an aspiring composer with the genuinely splendid name of Biff Rose who encouraged Young Paul to try his hand at writing lyrics for his Biffmusic. Their efforts paid off Big Time when their "Fill Your Heart" wound up as the B-Side of Tiny Tim's giant hit "Tiptoe Through The Tulips". Anybody here to remember Tiny Tim? Count your blessings, chilluns! Tiny Tim was kinda like Rush without drums, bass, and guitar. That's cause' by then Williams was using the drums, bass, and guitar to start his very own bad ass sixties rock and roll band - "Holy Mackerel," who released one album that was a complete flop even though it is THE GREATEST ROCK AND ROLL RECORD EVER!

Dear Writer......you said "Biffmusic"..what's that???

I 'm into BIFF'S MUSIC..I never heard of Biffmusic....now Biff's music..I've heard of Biff's music...it's BIFF'S MUSIC...did you just make up (Biffmusic)...to make it seem like I have a "company" named Biffmusic?...shame on you....Biff rose above you and your little tricks.....I invited Paul Williams out to my house in the Valley..Aug.'67......I played and sang for him this song I was working on.........it went "Fill Your Heart with Love Today...don't play the game of time".....I asked Paul if he'd like to try putting a lyric to the rest of the song...he thot about it then said... "...things that happened in the past...just happened in your mind..."...I thot a minute and said,"yeah...that's good..it rhymes,,,"

  ... then I started marching up the piano keys in whole tones and he kept repeating "...in your mind....in your mind......in your mind...."and then the climax....."...FREE" and I had an audition to go to A&M and Paul said he had to go see Howard Kaylon of the Turtles..... pitching his songs.......

   So I sang FILL YOUR HEART for Chuck Kaye,publisher at A&M and he asked, "Did you write that song?"    

   I said,"Yes....I wrote the song and the first 2 lines and asked this guy Paul Williams if he'd like to finish  putting a lyric to it..."

    "I'd like to meet Paul," said Chuck.

   "Well...he's staying at my house...I can call him right now." ...

    So..I got up to use the phone on Chuck's desk. He said, "No..use the phone in Johnny Rose's office....no relation (Johnny Rose "ran" songs for Chuck...got songs placed with singers who needed songs and wanted em...)

   So I called my house in the Valley from Johnny Rose's phone on Johnny Rose's desk at A&M Records in Hollywood......and Paul answered the phone.....

   "Hey,Paul.....it's Biff...I'm down here at A&M and the publisher,Chuck Kaye wants to meet you...."

   "When?"

   I leaned into Chuck Kaye's office ,

  "Hey Chuck.....Paul wants to know when? "

   "Tomorrow..."

   "Tomorrow,Paul..."

   "What time?"

   "What time Chuck?"

   "About ten..."

   "About ten Paul"

.....and that's how Paul Williams' "career" ..."got"..."started"...

every detail I recount destroys the coverup Chuck Kaye and Paul Williams use...and...have used to ignore the way it really happend and enhance the reputation of fools and THOSE insipid song lyrics Paul Williams has written... they think to deceive and profit from their lies...from the gitgo...and spin myths not based on TELLING THE TRUTH down to the very last repitition and replication of the very first truth...

..I never heard from Chuck or Paul ... for 3 days..after I had sung Fill Your Heart.......

   That was on Monday..I went down to A&M on Wednesday.

Paul saw me coming ...HE turned his face quickly...and started running away....on the Safeway lot beneath a Claudine Longet billboard.

I caught up with him..

"Paul...what's happening with Fill Your Heart.?."

 "Well,Biff,.( he was very nervous ...stuttering and fidgeting...)..you just... burst in there...and I have to go in and pick up the pieces,,,"

  ... then he ran away ....very quickly...he wanted to get away from a truthteller he couldn't face...and can't today...or write about...in any way that has any balls or believability........now being President of ASCAP. as he is....(a corporate comglomerate...that welcomes songs that are geared for MONEY MONEY MONEY primarily...not music.. music ...MUSIC at ALL OR any truth that needs OUTING.....

   Sport Murphy...Head of my "Sport Group" ( youtube Sport Murphy)......told me in Sep '05.."Biff, .....Paul Williams is a friend of mine and he told me that he regrets ripping off Fill Your Heart...that he has remorse about ripping you off..."

Art Podell was standing nearby...the day Paul Williams ran away...the day Paul Williams "sold out"  for MONEY and "Jewish philosophical Clout" ("We've Only Just Begun...to rule the world )....and to KILL Biff Rose figuratively......("Biff's name is too close to the idea Jesus rose..and we don't want THAT because... It takes the attention off US..we're HOLLYWOOD JEWS...we crave money and attention and with Paul Williams we've only just begun... to crave...EVERYTHING ")...Art Podell is the one who set up the audition for me to sing Fill Your Heart for Chuck Kaye.....I asked him as Paul Williams ran away...,"Art..what's happening...what's happening with Fill Your Heart?"  

"Well..Biff you see.."..Art tried to explain ...."ya see...the BIG guy wasn't paying his way..and..."

   "Wait a minute....what ?...WHO'S  the BIG guy?"

Then it dawned...the BIG guy was Roger Nichols who wrote all the songs Paul is famous for. Paul only writes words...he has no "music" in him.........when Paul tries to write "music" it always comes out sounding like just an old fashioned love song..the kind songwriters write a dozen of each day and throw away cuz they're too easy...Chuck Kaye figured he could give Paul MONEY not to write with Biff... he'd already written "I'LL WALK AWAY"..now Biff was writing "HE RAN AWAY'...Chuck gave him money not to talk to Biff.....not to see Biff.....work only with Roger Nichols... and he was right....as far as a "We've only just begun.....duh..." is concerned...

 truth is IT'S ONLY JUST BEGINNING...not "we've" only just anything...IT'S only just beGINning...truth is only just beginning...the LIE goes on forever bringing you down on rainy days and mondays...

   So when I heard "We've only just begun..." I heard what was really happening..."We've only just begun to rip off Biff Rose whom we don't like...need or ...want....hanging around A&M......."

   But they needed me ..one more time......cuz they didn't know how the went.....and they HAD to have a demo.....

   and Richard Perry at Warner Bros. wanted the song...he needed material for Tiny Tim  ......Richard Perry was producing Tiny Tim on the Warner's label....

   So they had Paul call me ... to make a  demo and we went to a studio on Melrose Ave. across from the Ash Grove...as I started singing ...

Paul interrupted,

"Biff..let me sing it...they'll never buy it with YOU singing it"

..and so Paul Wiliams ripped me off..... FOR THE RECORD....cuz he was out for himself and doesn't really care about anybody else...tho' he'll lie to give the impression he does....I didn't care who sang the song...I hope everybody sings it...I hope everybody LIVES it......I didn't know Paul Williams was ripping me off.. to build himself up... and eliminate me...

   Paul's record producer...Richard Perry... wrote the liner notes for Paul's first album The Holy Mackeral...in the liner notes Richard Perry ( with Paul's approval).. leads people to believe Paul Williams wrote THE SONG..Fill Your Heart....and ALL the WORDS.....

no mention of the composer...

I was learning how Hollywood builds up people and how Hollywood tries to destroy people........lie in print...I've learned to lie in wait........

   David Bowie picked up on what was happening although he is totally unable to "Fill in the Blanks with Love Today...."..He put (Biff) in the liner notes next to Fill Your Heart when he sang the song for his 3rd album Hunky Dory.......and copied the arrangement down to the last note..for a "perfect imitation"......

   When we met he had this schitt eating grin on his face and introduced himself....

I thanked him for doing Fill Your Heart and asked..."But did you have to cop the whole arrangement?".....He seemed not to hear but kept grinning and liked Springsteen who I opened for..... the N.Y. papers said BROOSEE... opened for me at Max's Kansas City,..Jan 31,1973............they lied in print..I lie in wait.......BOWIE liked Springsteen better cuz he's LOUD..I'm quiet...no one..it would appear..could HEAR me open the show singing at Max's  that nite..Jan 31st,'73...my opening number was..."Dylan moved to Malibu and New York needed a Look-Like-a-Jew...god bless you..ah joo....god bless you...ah joo...god bless...."

    Justice is done...as far as who wrote ...Fill Your Heart...and BOWIE'S a MUCH bigger name to DROP......for my purposes of ...REALITY and ROYALTY CHECK it out...the burgeoning Facebook Literary Forum...is grindng away.......as of 2015...Bowie's still got "some" life in him...tho he's not a musician..he's an "actor"......from now on.....he'll be my BOWIE KNIFE as I slice thru the "story tellers" of Hollywood....

   BOWIE'S greatest album is Hunky Dory...after that he paints his hair orange and calls himself Ziggy.......all theatre...Springsteen got me up onstage for his second encore.."Let's get Biff up here!"  I played..mostly banged out rock'n'roll.. with the E-Street Band..they sucked of loud nothingness..the crowd ate it up...Joisey..thay patted me on the back as we all left the stage...."That was great,Biff"..

"No it wasnt it sucked..it was all theatre...no music...just noise.."    (They didn't hear me...they were busy making noise..having a really good  time....

   Chuck Kaye felt guilty for what he had done..( his LIE is officially recorded in SONGWRITER MAGAZINE .. May,1978....or maybe ART PODELL got to him FIRST..and let  him know BIFF is the talent..Paul Williams is a hack....but ART had to painfully  "sell out" to the sellers cuz he couldn't make it on his own ....yet had enough crowd approval and applause for being an ex New Christy Minstrel..( a folk group)...he wanted some mo'........but with a steady income.....and being "jewish" and craving the spotlite...cliches abound all over the place....stereotypes turn into monotypes...

   Chuck Kaye called to make amends.......and took me down to a new record company opening up...with Bill Cosby's money...Tetragrammaton Records.......they flipped...they fell on their knees over my songs.....those Beverly Hills Jews freaked over MOLLY...( the Jewish National Anthem)...and The Man...and Buzz the Fuzz....they started dividing up the world...Chuck Kaye got publishing...Roy Silver got Management...Chuck drove me quickly back to A&M to sign a publishing contract...gave me an office..put my name on the door...I could hear Paul and Roger in the next office batting out one pop plastic bubblegum "reign'n'blow" connection after another...after another......rainy days and... you and MEEZ... against the world....sometimes...it's you and meez.....yada yada..

  I was busy writing songs for my second album on Tetragrammaton...."Yes I knew...yes I knew it all along...yes I knew ...that I might hurt you....throw away my precious virtue....and really HER CHEW..."       about a .. ladies' ...chewing tobacco....Bitschnut....

   I like RED MAN.

   Bill Cosby's manager Roy Silver told me "I got you on the Carson Show" (Johnny Carson was a late nite talk show host ).......NOW he's famous as J.C the Jesus of Late Night Teleprompters..   so  I did my YEAR on Carson...(minimum requirements for stardom)....Robt. Christgau of the N.Y.TIMES put it this way..."minimum requirements for stardom is a year on the Tonight Show starring JOHNNY CARSON.."

   "WHEW" I thot to myself..."..JUST MADE IT."........so I left Hollywood in a red VW van named BIRD.. and played every saloon in No America for the... over 100 fans I had made nationwide performing on Carson......

   Paul Williams meanwhile was telling people on TV shows all across America...like...the Mike Douglas Show in Philly..that it was HE who wrote Fill Your Heart...so I called him to remind him of the truth.....and he said "Well,Biff..I think you're a rude son of a bitsch" 

  I think the truth is a rude son of a bitsch...I live to fill your heart with love today...Paul Willimas lives to say..."lovers never lose..cuz they are free of thots unpure...and of thots unkind.."....and then unkindly curse you behind your back and to your face call you a son of a bitsch...(man..that Paul Williams is rude...!).

   That's the last time I ever spoke to Paul ..He went on to twist how we CLOBBER-rated....and how he "met' Fill Your Heart and Chuck Kaye and A&M. .the LIE he allowed to be printed in his autobiography "Evergreen: the early days of A&M".....damns him to hell ...the hell I'm able to give him....playing like the devil...for the hell of it..as paul would later sing.......( he plays Swann..the Head of Death Records in a movie where he rips off songwriters including Biff but they call me BEEF in the flick "Phantom of the Paradise"...)....I made an album ROAST BEEF...only solo album ever made in one sitting straight thru.... now I get to GIVE OUT...and do damage to Paul Williams at last..totally  melting vanilla sell out........as well  DAMMING up these  "rivers of thot" ..so floodwaaters ...following his.."songwriting" and lyric don't drown and clutter up America with cheesy ass schmaltzy bullschitt.. pleasing to greedhead Jews PRIMARILY and all those Christian suck-o-fants.. Adamant and Evenly.....greedy for fame and money are all that Hollywood vermin...  and needful of the shallowness of a short guy who wants to be big...someday.....to LEAD them...  a truly festering wound growing there among ...  "smart ass Hollywood Jews"  .( a randy newman paraphrase).... ganging up with a "We've only just begun...to let you know that dealing with Biff Rose or Iran or anyone who is not Jewish is a BAD DEAL"

   I returned to L.A. after saloon hopping 6 years and ART sang for me his latest song,

   He had turned into a  ZIONIST war mongering paranoid.....his state of mind with love peace and brotherhood was now a Mind of State with BOUNDARIES and he UNFRIENDED ME ON FACEBOOK.......    ART PODELL doesn't want this ...his "ZIONIST boundaried isolationism" to show..he wants only for you to see ..love and peace and brotherhood and Paul Williams, too..wants you to see him as.. love and peace generating...and they are all crawling worms ..all of them...and I am driven to violent disttraction...writer-wise... changing Jesus's name to "Jesus Christ rose."..so that his MIDDLE NAME IS CHRIST AND HIS LAST NAME IS "...rose...." and I second the motion ...It's ..BIFF upper case...and  ..."rose.." lower case..and that's  the 2nd Coming you HEARD about..now hear at last..

   Black Alley doesn’t like Dylan’s new album where he does Frank Sinatra songs…but her boyfriend Big Thom Sho Biz does…so does Rocky my girlfriend…….. Big Thom introduced Rocky to me at the ALLEY  BAR.…..Alley’s Mom is named Dicey .

    I feel this cloying, …dicey sensationalism …when it comes to WORDS and NAMES…a HEADLINE-SEEKING-ISM….creeping into a soupy mix ,,like…”what’s in a name”…Fanzenfrenz ARE ONE…...People ask me ,,”Are you NEGATIVE ?”…I say YES…they say “ARE YOU SURE?

   I say ,”I’M POSITIVE”………..and this POP music culture book I’m writing where I’m POP  is called,”It’s a Rocky Road I scream,,,”…and "Twelve Slaves a Year"..…it involves Big Thom sho biz .…it includes romance……as Black Alley dealings…
