"Oh, yeah, that's right...the world....I never wanted to go to paper to begin with...if your words no good your paper's no good....peace in our time said chamberlain with a signed piece of paper from hitler in 1938....Pat Thomas of Water/Runt Records said we have to have SOME kind of paper...he was trying to trick me but we'd let the trick backfire in his face which it did...The paper arrived...couple of pages....the usual...gobbledee gook....ten% of 5% of....3% of....duh...all I was selling was my autoghraph on a piece of paper for two pennies.....I told Pat Mark Stratford had offerred me one penny to sell my autograph.....i signed both records contracts on May 2nd, 2005....one with Water/Runt, one with RPM...when it dawnd on Pat Thomas I wasn't kidding..that I was indeed dealing with a British manufacturer who owned RPM Records.....he exploded..."Biff, you sold the Brooklyn Bridge twice" ..." Later when it was pointed out to him that none of the releases are legal because neither Water/Runt or RPM own the Masters to the albums of mine they have released.....no one cared about those albums...they sit in some vault somewhere ostensibly owned by some corporate giant who doesn't even know what's happening right under their own nose.....and won't care until the albums explode in sales across the globe ...then they'll be interested..then it will be too late.....Pat Thomas rigged up a hand written contract that said Water/Runt ...in effect.."Owned" Biff Rose for the world......world wide this...world wide that...but the words I put on him were.."Pat...let Water/Runt handle domestic...and RPM handle International..." Pat wanted it all..and tried to "trick" me by having me sign a piece of paper giving him the "world".....and thinking I tried to trick him said I should've scratched out "world" if i didn't mean it..but i say to him...no...i am not going to play the game on YOUR terms whereby it is or would be up to YOU to either accept my scratching out "world" and specifying...north america...or what territories Water/Runt could handle....i won;t make YOU sign paper....and you won't MORALIZE as to what I should have done....the billboard about me put up by Tetragrammaton Records in oct,1968 on the Sunset strip said, "Once in a while an artist comes along who should be listened to straight through"...
This "pound of flesh" pschitt has gotta cease...even if it's an ounce....RPM gets theirs...Water/Runt gets theirs.....they'll still try to rob me blind by charging everything to me..that's how the suits work to make a living and stay in big hotels and eat fine promoting Biff Rose..where I stay with frenz and faz and sleep in streets and get a penny here...2 pennies there and can't convince them that if they lived like me they'd be famous as songwriters and bloggin' mothuhphuckuhz...cuz who wants that anyway...? Back in the BIG DAZE of Hollywood....Chuck Kaye of Irving Music, BMI (A and M Records)...quickly hustled me back to A and M to sign paper after he hustled me over to Tetragrammaton where they were blown away by my music and thrust paper in my face ..to make records...gave me five K and Chuck quick signed for the publishing...and as I signed each piece of paper I told those guys..."This paper will KILL you.." and it did.....Cosby pulled his money out of Tetra for Afro-American causes.....tribalism gears up to finance its vanity......Chuck Kaye had an option to send me in writing the option pickup after a year if biz was good..it was better than good...i was burning up the air..i mean HEIR waves on Carson and Chuck FORGOT to send the option pickup and I sued his ass for the purposes of notoriety to get the word around town...don;t be puttin' no paper in my face to sign...work for me and what i say for the freedom of your soul or you won;t have a soul and you'll get your ass kicked besides......i dropped the lawsuit when my lawyer Rosalie Morton depicted me as this poo-oo-oor set upon child of Hollywood gobbled up by BIG GUYS....she said ...you said you can't drop the suit...i said the hell i can't ..i make you ..i break you.i'm not a poo-oo-oor set upon little songwriter in Hollywood..I'm in charge and bust the lot of you grimy greedy....*&^%$#@!.......I have refined the art now to a play "Hitler on the roof" where I write the songs that make Barry Manilow shut up..and round 'em ALL up and head 'em for...not the Ovens of Auschwitz..but the Covens of OUCH! WITCH where HELEN REDDY as hell'n'readily awaits...yo....ride a windy boxcar see a thousand children young and old...oh...that greasepaint smile can thrill your soul...oh.....Chuck Kaye turned bitter...fabricated a lie about how he met Paul Williams...Paul Williams went along with it....Paul and Chuck teamed up to eliminate Biff Rose and now the wheel has turned and Paul admits to Sport Murphy Head of Biff Rose's SPORT group that he,Paul Williams, "phucked" biff rose and is sorry he did that.//paul williams hurries quick to compliment biff rose on his, (williams) web site to "Appear" to be a nice guy and SPORT implores biff to..." redeem paul williams..."...that there IS such a thing as REDEMPTION..biff says yada yada and adds REDAMNtion to the equation..paul williams is to be redamned for all e-ternity....he'll "get" it as will everyone when they realize that what paul williams did in real life he played out in REEL life playing SWANN Head of Death Records in Brian DiPalma's, "Phantom of the Paradise" ......ripping off songwriters......David Bowie made it a "cause celebre" in the music biz...putting (Biff) in parentheses for his Hunky Dory album...leading people to believe Bif wrote the whole song which balances Paul and Chuck and Richard Perry of Warners putting in print for paul's first album The Holy Mackeral that Paul wrote the song....I kill those mothuh&*^&%^$%#..and I do it in the name of the Second Coming now called second HELPING of Christ;.the silent fire next time THIS time...burn those butteads...and let everyone know they don't have to sign a goddam thing to tell the truth

My Record Deals

RPM Records of London president Mark Stratford said he wanted his label, RPM to issue a compilation cd by Biff Rose, singer songwriter.....I said o.k. being Biff...then I didn't hear from him...This was in early 2005. Then Pat Thomas , A and R of Runt Records in Berkeley said RUNT wanted to re-issue my first two cds...I said,"... well a company in England is interested but I haven't heard from them...."...Then I did...and Mark Stratford said they'd give me a penny....i said o.k. ...then Pat Thoams said Runt would give me two pennies and I said O.K....Pat knew about Mark....and said RUNT could do International when I said, "Runt in Berkeley should do national and let RPM in London do Internatinal..." but Pat forgot he said that and on May 2,2005 I signed two record contracts ...one with Runt and one with RPM...and by July got one penny from London and two pennies or "tuppence" from London and left town a week before hurricane Katrina blew a hole in my kitchen roof a thousand yards from the levee.......and picked up a FEMA check for two pennies...then another for RENT..then three bills from the Red Cross...and higher SSI from Rich California where I was escaping the wrath of Rita, Katrina's sissy....Pat Thomas was angry in October and said, "Biff, you sold the Brooklyn Bridge twice..." ... I reminded Pat that he was kept apprised of all contract developments and backed it up with e-mail from May 2nd....Pat Thomas said the owner of RUNT, an Italian named FILIPO would not tolerate this and that they would take out a "CEASE AND DESIST" order against RPM in London and that there would be a "shitfest" ...........I called Espinola in Brooklyn who is a great big black negrotiator and he reminded Pat Thomas that he was dealing with a bootleg album in re-issue-ing Biff Rose's first two albums...that some GIANT CONGLOMERATE owned the masters and that they were hidden somewhere in vaults under ground in Pennsylvania...there wasn't enough money involved for GREEDY SUITS to get involved...but now that RPM is poised to release their compilation cd entitled "Fill Your Heart with Biff Rose" amidst ...mucho prestigioso... and Collector's Choice has reviewed Runt's release in their October issue...well.....let the Compost fest begin HERE in my dot/composting feasting on harvest as whorefest for harmony and whoremoney and.....and my brand new cd on my own religious label, BuddhaLeg Records a subsidiary of my OTHER new military/political label Bwack Panzer.....Panzer for the divisions in the record biz and our logo "Tanks a LOT!" and BWACK in honor of Wascals Wecords and Dee Whee Deez which distwibutes Biff Woes in all fifteen of his OTHER albums available as the CEO Greg (Gweg) Clevenger (Cwevenger) LOVES Elmer Fudd for Elmer's global Glueball Village (Willage) Values)Walues).....BuddhaLeg...my new label is releasing my grandchildren singing Twinkle Twinkle little star in a loop with me singing nasty hip hop in the background....honky little mother&*^&%^$%..tiny twat..whatcha got...Emma is four...Jake is Three....they will adorn the cover..and the album is entitled "Crash the Potty"..the big hit is "Schitt on the children"......Espinola is planning a re-release of the album on his 78 record company "Kiss My Acetate" out of Brooklyn.......all of Espinola's 78 records are made on plastic pie plates......one per customer....suitable for eating off of.....collector's items at $200 per .....
